No more than 2 animals are allowed per apartment. Aggressive breeds and exotic animals or BIRDS are not allowed. See list below for animals not allowed. The pet fee for 1 pet is $460 (non-refundable). Pet fee for 2 pets is $660 (non-refundable). Pet rent is property specific. Pet rent is $20 monthly, per pet.
